Just send us an email (info@atr.ltd) message or give us a call at the telephone number provided on the website. Please also send us a model list of all used auto parts and engines you need from us. We will be happy to provide you a quote for the parts and start negotiating with you about the other details of the container.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive an answer on my request?

Generally, it takes less than 48 hours to receive an answer on your request. On the weekends or on national holidays, it may take little longer.

Q. How do I place an order for used auto parts & engines in bulk?

After both you and ATR agree on the price and other terms and conditions, we will assign our professional staff for dismantling and breaking cars according to your model list. After doing that, our staff will load the used auto parts into either 20ft, 40ft or 40ft HQ container depending on your requirements. Once that is done, our sales staff will make the shipping arrangements for the containers. You do not have to worry about these processes at all.

Q. How does the dealer visit arrangement work?

If you are interested in visiting Japan and bring your staff to do the dismantling work yourself, please contact us. After agreeing on the terms and conditions for the visit, we will help you and your employees get the temporary visa to Japan to do the dismantling work.
During your stay in Japan, we will help you with a place to stay and assist you in other ways possible to make it easy for you to do the dismantling work.

Q. How much is the price for a 20ft or 40ft container?

If you would like to receive our pricing info about 20ft or 40ft container worth of auto parts and engines, please send an email to our sales manager at info@atr.ltd with the details regarding the maker, model and production year of the models you are interested in purchasing the parts for. Please note that you should have enough cars/models for either 20ft, 40ft or 40ftHQ containers at hand while sending us an email message regarding the pricing info. Please let us know your company name, address, phone& fax number and name of port you want us to ship.

Q. Can I order by piece by piece?

We’re afraid to say we only deal FCL(Full Container Load) so far, and we do not deal any engines and parts piece by piece. Sorry that we could not meet your request if you need by container order, please let us know.
